  Very professional and caring staff. They will keep working until you get a mortgage. They don’t give up. They will do everything possible to get you financed. This is the only company you have to call because if they can’t do it then it can’t be done.

  Wonderful group to work with! They were able to help me out in a very timely manner. I was unable to get my prior mortgage provider to help me out even after months of work. I explained how I wanted both of my lots (which were under 1 loan) to be separated and they took care of everything. They even gave me the 2nd lot free and clear with no extra charge to me. I did do a cash out though. To say thank you, they even sent me a high quality USA flag and house mount flagpole. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to refinance! Great job guys!

  I'm a local Realtor and know many mortgage brokers. I used Justin Vian for my loan this year because he understands mortgage loans for small business people. I had confidence when he gave me my approval it was real and well researched. I high highly suggest business owners to use Justin Vian.

  When I received notice from my landowner that they were willing to sell me the land where my mobile home sits I had no idea where to start. A fellow neighbor recommended Mortgage Solutions. From the get going they took charge and guided me through the whole process step by step. Spear heading the whole process was Sharon, one of their loan specialists. What I liked most was the transparency and readiness to answer any questions as I went along from the beginning to the end. Case in point; when it was time to close the loan, when the closing company was not able to set up an appointment and instead sent a public notary late at night with the stack of papers to sign, the notary could not answer some questions I had. But all I had to do was the next day call Mortgage Solutions office and even when not their department, Sharon, one of their loan specialist, looked up my loan disclosure contract and provided the answers I needed putting me at ease again. She was always very supportive and pro active in facilitating and providing all the support I needed. Thanks to her I was always able to complete my loan mortgage in an expeditious and positive experience. Thank you Sharon and Mortgage Solutions of Gig Harbor!

  This was my first experience working with Mortgage Solutions for one of my Buyers ... & normally I am apprehensive to team up with a mortgage lender I am not accustomed to. Their team is not only amazing, but have hearts of gold! Justin, Sharon & Kristin were willing to go the extra mile for our mutual client at every turn.
