Victor Vega2Very disappointed. There was a computer glitch that affected many customers; I was one of them. After approving my credit card they canceled my membership without explanation. They refused to give me a reason and treated me like persona non grata. I was told my account was referred to the fraud department but no one there would speak to me either. I was unable to make a payment since I didn't have an account. I traveled 30 minutes from Tampa, FL to Mulberry, FL on my Saturday off in order to visit the nearest branch to me during their Saturday hours. They said they would investigate during the week and call me back and did not. I had to travel there again and still got neither a phone call back (I left multiple voicemails) nor an explanation. Weeks later, after continued calls, I got through to a person on the toll free number who acknowledged their computer error and assisted me with getting my online access. I called their customer service line today requesting compensation for my gas and was denied. I'm a ten-year Navy Veteran and I can tell you that PenFed did not have my six.

Morgan Brea1I am so sick of this location. Constantly closing early at random. Incredibly rude older woman always working the drive thru. No one ever answers the phone. First day I have off I’ll be clearing my accounts and going elsewhere. I have banked here for years and always disliked this location, they’ve gone even more downhill this year. They should have NEVER shut down the 540A location. That place was always open, and always friendly.

Christina3Rude older lady at the front drive through lane. Just because she didn’t know what she was doing she got an attitude with me. I said thank you when she sent me over my receipt and she just looked at me with her lips puckered. Learn customer service and kindness or find a different job.

He was very helpful, very Courteous, respectful, Mr. Shakil help me with my loan. He made everything very easy and quick. Loved the service that I received. Will do more business with Mr Shakil in future. He is a great asset's for PenFed. THANK YOU MR. SHAKIL AND PENFED.
