  One of the best banking experiences of my life. The entire staff is absolutely amazing. Customer service has gone down hill lately in every business. Not here, members receive top tier service every time they call or walk through the door. I wish they could train every business on how to put their customers first.

  I've banked with Pelican for nearly 20 years, while they can be aggravating they are a bank. Being local they do tend to close whenever there is bad weather and there aren't enough ATM locations. For a smaller credit union there isn't much to complain about.

  Their staff is always so friendly and helpful. The place is always immaculate! You always get a good vibe when you walk in cause they're always so sweet. Love coming there! They always make you feel welcome 🤗
