  I bank here, and the staff are very nice and helpful. The Lafayette (St. Jules Branch) make me feel like a part of the family. They watch my accounts for anything suspicious, and notify me. I especially like the "My Pelican" app. for online banking. It has multiple features rolled into one. 👍👍👍👍🙂🙂🙂🙂.

  I try getting a loan no one call me had to keep calling to check my status poor customer service i wish i never went with this credit union they are trash at what they do

  Had a savings account and did not use it for a while and they took my money saying it was for fees they steal from you
