  I love Maple Leaf! Mrs. Rachael is the Best! She is so kind and professional to help all of my family members open their accounts and guidance has been great. The staff has always been friendly and helpful also.

  Super rude tellers. If I could leave no stars I would. Husband and I attempted to open joint account there. they would not allow me to join the joint account because I did not have a utility bill and license with the same address. we just moved into our house 6 days ago… Husband’s address on his license isn’t even the correct address… There was no reason to be rude

  I Love Maple! They are always there when I need them. Great customer service! Chase Leger is the Absolute best! He his extremely knowledgeable and patient!

  They are the best been with another credit union over 15 years and got denied for an auto loan been with maple a lil over a year got approved the first try awesome leople that works there very friendly and helpful 👍

  Love my credit union!!! Small town feeling in the city. I'm always a scatter brain on banking days. The clerks are so friendly and patient. The restrooms are clean and handicapped equipped. Never a long wait inside the lobby or using drive through. The 1st drive through slot is for the atm. There is ample parking and a few handicapped parking spaces.

  This place is awful, no assistance with fraudulent charges. I got eleven fraud charges told the bank and they said it was my responsibility to try and get the money back myself with no offer for assistance or a remedy for the situation. I missed a payment for a loan and my card was deactivated but no deactivation for fraud. If I could give this place a half star I would save yourself the trouble and bank somewhere with something more substantial to offer

  Very inconvenient. No access to card services when an issue arises with your debit card. I've been stranded several times due to this inconvenience. At this very moment I am unable to use my debit card for cash purchases due to an error with their system, and there is no one to assist me. I've been a member for over a year however, I have yet to see ANY benefit at all.

  I’ve been with Maple for years. All of my needs are met efficiently, conveniently, and customer service has always been great!
