  Pekin Insurance saved me over $1500 a year on my home and auto insurance. My rates with my old insurance company kept going up year after year even though we had no tickets or accidents and our cars are getting older. Pekin even gave us better coverage. Thank you Pekin Insurance :)

  Pekin Insurance is awesome I switch to them from Progressive a few years ago, they saved me a lot of money and gave me better coverage! The claims we had to file with them were handled quickly and the adjuster was easy to work with.

  I feel sorry for anyone who gets into an accident with Pekin insurance just on the chance that they will have to deal with Mary in claims. She is either the most inept person in insurance or deliberately holds back, or changes information in order to make the process go as slowly as possible. I’m leaning towards the latter based off her lack of etiquette-Snaps out of frustration, hangs up on you, etc. how her supervisors allow this type of service just says enough about the business they run. Example of conversation: Me: *answering phone* Hello? Mary: what’s your claim number? Me: 12345 Mary: ok someone will call you tomorrow *hangs up before I can talk* **and no one called

  my friend was insured with them for over 30 years, the agent took their money for feb and march , when they went in to pay aprils car insurance they was told that their policy was canceled in jan. and they REFUSE to issue a refund for the 2 months that was paid. i say the company should be responsible for their agents actions.

  If I could go into the negative to rate this company I would! Failure to return calls, getting bounced around to multiple people and inconsistent information given from adjusters. These are just a few of the issues experienced. If you want an insurance agency with integrity try State Farm. These guys were horrible.

  Pekin is a breath of fresh air. I am so glad they are here in Arizona. I was with AAA for many years and my rates continued to increase. I received a quote from pekin for more coverage and my premium was LESS!!! I was involved in an accident and the claims adjustor was beyond amazing. Made sure I was taken care of. I would recommend this company to everyone!

  Awful, the few times ive had to make claims or deal with them has been awful. It took them 6 months for my first claim when I was hit and I could never get ahold of them. Finally I took partial fault because I was tired of waiting and not being able to drive my car. Then the 2nd time no one ever answers. Then when my bank tries to call for the declaration page they get transferred 17 times and takes them an hour to talk to anyone resulting in having to leave a voicemail. Seriously awful

  TERRIBLE INSURANCE FROM DAY 1!!! We had 3 motorcycles. 3 cars and a home policy, so we received 7 separate bills every 6 months. When we got them, sometimes the credits were not on them and had to call in. We paid with one check, and they applied money to 6 policies instead of 7 so we received a cancellation notice for non payment. Two months after our semi-annual payment, received a letter stating we owed another $500+, so I mailed a check. A month later, was informed of a $500 credit; when I asked for ,my money back, they refused, and statd they would apply it to my next 6 months. When we decided enough was enough, we had a new agent from Farm Bureau look over old policies, and he could hardlydecipher them. After cancelling policies, was 6 weeks before credits were finally issued...in 7 different checks, of course! DO NOT RECCOMMNED PEKIN unless you enjoy migranes....

  I switched to Pekin from State Farm and am very happy my agent recommended the switch. Its been a rough year from hail damage to the derecho. Everyone I have had to deal with through the processes I've never gone through before have been amazing. I'm not one to ever use or deal with insurance so navigating the process has been a challenge but all staff from adjusters to customers service have really assisted me and been helpful. Thank you for all you do!
