  Great place to do banking. I've always been pleased when working with them. Unlike many of the institutions the modern consumer has to deal with, you always get to work with someone that is capable, and they don't let the organizational structure get in the way of working for the individual.

  They give you negative bank fee one after another without giving you a chance to put the money in there will be switching banks I put the money in there by 8 when it went through at 720 and there arguing I didn’t they don’t care about customer satisfaction never go through them

  Stan and Tammy were extremely kind and VERY patient with me as a first time home buyer and working towards getting a loan. I’ve had so many questions for them the past couple weeks, many times asking the same question over and over again to make sure I understand everything. The process can get overwhelming. They’ve been very easy to get ahold of and I appreciate their patience.

  They owe me $30 once a month they have to refund me because of their screw up. I get a negaitive account around 9 to 10 pm I got direct deposit so they see that the money will be their every month they refund me besides a few times they didn't. My account gets fixed before they open and they still over draft me even though I have until 8 pm to fix the account. And their are times where I had it fixed same day and they still over draft me which is illegal cuz I have over draft protection and I have until 8 pm. So they actually owe me $100

  Very grateful to have switched to Cefcu. They helped me get a car loan and credit card with great interest rates, all the while showing tips on improving my credit score. In addition to the service provided, their online banking app is top notch. I have never been to this Cefcu where the employees weren’t going out of their way to be courteous and knowledgeable. They also have a coin machine that’s free for members.

  Went through the drive up amd waited over 10 minutes for anyone to anwser. Cars that had came after us were delt with first. Absolutely ridiculous!!

  I cash a check there and the guy who cashed it shortened me $100. And gave me no slip which is very rare for when the girls do it. Very 😠
