  Glen, Paul and their support team are fantastic. Peak Private Lending was the first hard money lender I used when getting into the business. Since then I have used them for multiple deals and have also recommended them to a number of my investor friends. If you are in the real estate flipping space I couldn't speak more highly of their team. I credit them with helping me jumpstart my career and am thankful for all they have done for me.   I know Glen and Paul since 2010 and completed couple of deal with them, Glen is through and has detail knowledge and always helpful to new investors, Glen is forefront to help newbies with expert knowledge of flips and rehab and important thing which newbies lacks is finance.
