      Took over 109 days to try and close. After wife and realtor were both yelled at, yes yelled at, by a guy named Derek that was apparently the owner, it was the listing agent who called them and got yelled at that did loan application in. Seller terminated loan, which was in underwriting, and told us they will wait longer for us to go find another lender. Seller was shocked by how untrustworthy Derek and his people at peak mortgage were.
