  Rivermark credit union is new to me and I requested help in getting comfortable with the 'personal virtual teller'. Megan the employee that walked me through, making it so comfortable as did the person on the screen. I am feeling good about switching banks. Everyone makes an effort to welcome you and take time until you are comfortable. Good experience here.

  Love Rivermark, not a fan of this location. Showed up at 10 am when they open. Stood outside door with another customer in the cold, until 10:08 and still didn’t open the door meanwhile all employees are standing talking at the counter..

  Great experience! Easy parking, very friendly representative helped me learn how to use the virtual teller system. The teller was friendly, very personable and patient. I loved my experience and am so glad to be a Rivermark member!

  Mask police kept interrupting my transaction. Leave me alone so I can deposit my check and get back to work. Rude/disrespectful, stay out of my bubble that is socially distanced from everyone. Next time I'll go to the Newberg branch and/or take my banking elsewhere.

  Hello Tim! I did respond to the other review that you posted, but you may not have received notification that I did. We do follow the state of Oregon guidelines for masks, but if you do not want to wear one, we do have outside ATMs that you can use. Thank you! ~Janet B

  I’ve been working with Megan since the beginning of this year. She helped me plan my financial goals and I just got into my first car. Her and this branch have done nothing but go way above and beyond. All I can say is thank you!!!!
