  I was there at 7:25 pm on Thursday when it's supposed to be closing at 8:00 pm and the person there had already been closed. After I insisted a lot to make her open the door, she used as excuse that the system wasn't working, but when she saw that I wanted to use the Amazon return package she said "I should not have been opened the door ". I'm not going to use this place again but Amazon and people around this place should know how they work.

  I’ve been coming here for years for western union with no problem. Majority of the agents there know me from throughout the years and now all of a sudden a specific agent (she must be new) wants to block my western union account and tells me I have to go back there and show HER proof for why I’m receiving money. Now I have to go through western union to unblock my account Bc people wanna be miserable smh so sad

  The workers are rude and slow. Closed on Sundays. It's across the street from the library. You see how crowded it is? Only one agent working. Shaking My Head. Do better.

  The cashiers have terrible attitudes towards the people coming in giving them business. The two cashiers that are there today 11/2/2018 at 9am are quite unpleasant.

  They try their best and provide service with a smile. Sometimes there is a wait, and sometimes there isn’t.

  This pay o matic and the one on elder are the worst always a long line up to the door and always one cashier they need to hire more people

  This is my favorite Pay-O-Matic. I go there to cash my checks. And this one is the closest to my apartment.
