  I had zero knowledge of renters insurance but I knew I needed to protect the valuables in my apartment. Gladys and her office manager Gabby did an excellent job at explaining the appropriate renters insurance policy for my valuables.   I had an awesome experience. Raven Epps is the best! She works to achieve client satisfaction by understanding the needs of the client. Unlike other agents, Raven goes out of her way to make the client feel comfortable, and always makes her clients' goals a priority. I am extremely impressed at her ability to get the job done. I highly recommend her for all of your insurance needs, and she will always be my "go to" insurance agent.

  There are many State Farm agents to choose from in my neighborhood, but I chose Gladys Quinones' office and have not any issues. Recently I had the pleasure of speaking to Lauren although the conversation was brief Lauren was able to supply me with the information that I needed. Extremely Professional.

  Glory Delgado is hands down the most helpful representative this branch has. She was patient, kind and extremely informative. She was able to answer questions I had previously asked that has either left other representatives stunned or baffled. She was inquisitive enough to give call backs to ensure I had received all the required documentation via mail. If you want a smooth process of kick starting your insurance, ask for her by name.

  I had the pleasure of working with Bailey and she was awesome! She helped me file a claim and was very accessible when I needed her. Even when she was away from the office she made sure to let me know as well as let me know if I had any questions who to contact. Thanks Bailey for making this experience smooth.
