  I called about a loan. I spoke with the branch manager Iris. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I was on my break and I was throwing so many questions at her and she never once got frustrated or mad. She explained every option they had available and she even offered me to send my info by email to start the process. Having great customer service skills is a big thing for me. So thank you very much Iris for being professional and providing immaculate customer service skills. I will be seeing you soon.
