  I went the other day to try to pawn a Louis Vuitton purse and although I didn’t get the answer I was looking for and offer that I turned down which was a bummer cause it was an hour drive over to Scottsdale from where I live.. I still thought the guy I dealt with was very professional and very respectful on top of giving me a few pointers before I headed out. Nothing but friendly and positive not sure if he was the owner or not but I think he could’ve been.

  Authentic designer bags and more!!! Great quality in luxury at an affordable price. You’ll definitely hang out here for awhile with so many options to choose from. And if you do not want your designer bag, belt, shoes, or wallets anymore... bring it in for cash or grab something else to your liking.

  Definitely don't try and sell your high end jewelry here literally was offered 700 for a diamond bracelet that sells for over 6k literally gave me the gold scrap price 😂

  Great customer service and fair pricing, some. Some people expect to borrow full retail value for there items but forget that they are a business there to make money so as far as pawn shops go they have fair rates. A couple times I needed to pawn something for just one day and when I came in the gentleman at the counter was kind enough to charge me.only a fraction of the loan, never seen another shop do that so definitely have my business. If your in a pinch and want to be treated fairly make sure you see these guys

  Went in asked to them to do a gold karat check on ring, he took one look and said he couldn't take item as gold. No explanation why or anything bout the ring, he even didn't test item out with acids or magnets, didn't even take look at the diamonds in ring. Don't waste your time at this place. The competition in area provides better service and actually will take the time to look at your items. In response to the owners alleged knowledge of jewelry, I took it to two different pawn shops and they were able to verify it was gold.

  I'm very sorry you are unhappy with our service. As the owner/operator of this store, I have overseen every single transaction that has taken place since we opened and although I do not recall this particular incident happening, it sounds like we did what you asked us to do. You brought us a piece of gold to do a karat check - we looked at it and determined it wasn't gold. I'm not sure what further explanation you expected from us. After being in the business for many years, I can sometimes just look at a piece and know right away if it is real or not. if we're not sure it is gold, or we want to see what karat it is, we will 100% test it (why wouldn't we?) In this case, based on your review of what happened, it had to have been obvious it was not real gold.

  Save yourself the time and worry and visit Gold Star Pawn & Loan FIRST! You will not find a more honest and truly caring group of gentlemen in any business. I have used their services in the past and I never have to worry about being ripped off. Don't let the other places treat you like second class citizens. Go to Gold Star and they will treat you just like your a friend. No judging ever! Harrison and Kevin are both awesome. Not to mention the Big Boss taught them well!

  Bought a guitar here that was listed on offerup. Nice selection of quality items here and the staff was also nice to work with. Owner seems like a stand up guy. Would buy from again

  Gold Star is the absolute best place to purchase watches and also they give a fair price on goods and loans see Kevin Or Harrison for a wonderful pawn experience , they take loans on most anything of value and are extremely knowledgeable of most things that come thru the door . I feel its the absolute best Pawn Shop in Arizona. Eric Slofer

  It looks like they just opened, but they gave me great service. I needed a loan on some gold coins and they took care of me. They gave me a very fair price compared to the other pawn shops in the area. Thanks again!
