  I am not one to write many reviews, but this is an exception. Over the past several years my husband and I have worked with Jeff Richardson of Top Flite Financial several times for mortgage loan and mortgage refinancing services. We trusted Jeff to guide us through the process and he made it easy and painless. Jeff has always provided excellent service. He is knowledgeable, thorough and immediately responded to any question or request we may have had. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of mortgage services.

  Jeff is our go to lender. As a Realtor its important to have a reliable lender on our team and Jeff is our main player when working with buyers. He has helped possibly over 30 of our buyers and ourselves purchase a home loan. Jeff has helped them with VA Loans, FHA Loans, Conventional Loan and has help a few of our past buyers refinance their current home. All of our clients love him and say he has great communication. He even closed a loan for an out of state lender friend of mine and she was very impressed. Jeff especially excels in manufactured home loans, something not many lenders will even work with. Jeff is very well rounded and well versed in the mortgage industry. Working with him is a honor and you will not be disappointed.

  I have used Top Flite Financial for the past several years. Jeff has refinanced many of my new homes, current home, and family. I will not use another company to finance. He is fast, efficient, attentive, and honest. He has always returned calls right away, and explained the process! If something doesn't benefit us, he will let us know!   Jeff is truly amazing! I have refinanced my home twice through Top Flite and both times Jeff went above and beyond to keep me informed and answered every question I had. I have a complex loan that carries much more burden for loan officers and hoops to jump through, but Jeff had a wealth of knowledge and I appreciated working with a professional that knows how to navigate the complex loan that I have. I will continue doing business with Jeff and I would suggest anyone else to do the same!!

  Jeff is a great person to work with! He always makes sure you understand everything throughout the whole process and breaks it down for you in terms you can understand. He is not a salesman, he looks out for your best interest and treats you the way he would want to be treated. He was referred to me by my sister and I have referred him to many friends and family since! If you're looking to finance a new home or refinance your current home, Jeff is the man!!

  Jeff Richardson helped my wife and I with the refinance of our Sun City home with cash out to purchase a second home for investment purposes. Jeff at times went outside the box to make this refinancing and purchase go very smoothly. Everything went as planned.   Jeff at Top Flite managed my home loan. The close was less than 30 days over Thanksgiving and Jeff was on top of everything. It was a relief having Jeff work on my behalf in finding the best rate and loan terms for the deal. He was also able to navigate several curve balls and get the deal closed on time.   I was put in contact with Top Flite via my realtor. Not knowing how it would go I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised. Our representative was Jeff and he could not have been any better.
