  As far as pawn shops go you cannot expect a lot. This shop is different. They are professionals here. They will work with you to get the most for your loan item if they can and will often offer good deals on items they have for sale. They have been known to go the extra mile to make sure you do not lose an item in pawn. In short, this is one of the better pawn shops in Tucson.

  You guys are always fast, to the point, and friendly. I recommend Anahy or Anna. They helped me find the best prices.

  Ashley did an amazing job answering all my questions and making me feel at ease. I'm glad that she was able to help me with everything I needed. She's definitely a keeper!!

  I'm always baffled by the service I get when I come to Pawn1st. Everyone is really friendly and helpful, and if I need to put something away for a bit they give me the best price on my stuff. Tish was especially helpful today with getting my Xbox out of pawn. If there's anywhere you should go, whether it's because you need a couple bucks or you wanna find something cool to take home, it's Pawn1st.

  Very nice staff. Good place to find old school stuff on the cheap (like a Nintendo 64) you can only find for hundreds of dollars elsewhere. Everything I’ve purchased here has worked great, including electronics.

  I have to leave 5 stars for Diamond at Pawn 1st. I am pretty new to pawn shopping .I went in to see if they had a drum set for my 12 year old grandson. I think he was as excited as I was. We got a great set for a great price. Diamond treated my grandson like a peer. He is an all out super cool guy! I will go back for a violin for me. 😀

  Staff was very helpful, and very professional, and good attitude. I've been to other pawnshops in town and believe me this is by far my favorite one. Big variety of items and good sales. definitely going back there.

  I have to admit I always walk away feeling like they have done me Justice. Unlike their competitors at cash box on alvernon where all they ever tried to do is rip you off, they rip you off when you pawn something and they rip you off when you buy something and they rip you off when you sell something they are just a ripoff but not pawn first pawn first is there when you need them.

  I have never been to a pawn shop in Arizona, it was a wonderful experience. Tish was absolutely awesome, she got me a fair price on my item I was looking to sell. Pawn1st will be my place to go when I need to get some cash fast. Thanks for everything.
