  It depends on who's working there. The last time I went here the guy at the counter kept my ID for over 15 minutes and almost forgot to give it back to me. He didn't really want to give me anything for the device that I brought, but he took an eternity to just tell me he couldn't give me any cash for it. They need to be straight up with you from the start! If you can't give me anything for the device I bring you, just tell me from the beginning. Don't keep me there for 15 minutes or more playing around with the device and holding my ID for extended periods of time. Perhaps they should check out the device first, find out then whether they can give you cash for it or not, tell you how much you can sell it for and then ask for your ID. It will save you and the customer time.

  Trina does a outstanding job. Everytime i come in she is nice and friendly. This is my favorite Pawnshop i've been a Customer since i moved to Highpoint 4 Years now before new location.   My husband and myself go here. We are so happy with the customer service every time. We are regular customers every since this shop moved here in Jamestown it is good opportunity for people. I will recommend people to come here.....

  Friendly and knowledgeable. Not too "haggley". Also keeps track of your record. If they know you to pick your items up they will give you a better loan than any other shop around.

  The staff has always been so helpful and nice since and after the move and steal has amazing deals on games , TVs etc... but also if u need quick cash they’ll help you quick.also ms.Trena is so helpful and works with me on store favorites 👌🏾💯y’all stop by and take a look around.
