  I pawned a gun just before the COVID-19 lock down started. I Haven't been able to work. PawnUSA took my gun out of Pawn and Sold it without call me one time. These people are Ruthless and money hungry do not do business with them they will screw you over. I just wish I could give them 0 stars.

  Richard. You can't give us 0 stars but you can give an honest review. You did not pawn your gun just before Covid-19 lock down, you pawned it on January 2, 2020. You forfeited your loan by not ever paying on it since the date of the loan--January 2, 2020--it was actually due to be pulled on April 2, 2020--We held the gun for an extra month! Pulling it on 5/02/2020. You neglected to make any interest payments or to call us. We informed you of this. So, for the record we did not take your gun out of pawn, you lost it because you neglected to ever make a payment on it. You signed up for the terms and neglected to secure your item by never once paying on it and we went over 30 days beyond as a courtesy. Did we have to? Absolutely not. Would your statement be considered Slander? Yes, in fact it is. And now the whole internet knows...

  not helpful at all my guitar on eBay priced at $ 474. 00 all i need to brow was $100.00 they offers me $65. only because they could not fined the model #no on the guitar and i found guitar for them on eBay looser .

  I think you have the wrong place. We do not "Brow" or whatever that is. The guitar we looked up averaged around $200 resell. $65 is almost 1/3 of resell. We loan on a percentage of value as do all lending facilities. If the condition were better and it had all it's strings we probably could have done the $100 but that wasn't the case. Does Brow have anything to do with being Looser? Really confusing review. Put some strings on that axe and take it to a luthier and get the neck straight and if the electronics are good to go I'm sure we can get you that hundred. But really, let me in on WTF brow is? Forehead? Eye Brow? Google should do a better job on letting it's bad reviewers have a spelling assistant built into their auto reply browser. Oh wait, they do. So you took the time to write this bashing review because you didn't get what you wanted? That's life. If you're stuff is beat up we aren't going to bash you publicly or negatively impact you due to you possessing beat up items. We simply refuse to offer on it. Does that not make sense. DO we owe you something? That's not the way it works. Your review speaks more about you and your item than it does about us as a company and I feel confident a reasonable human being will see that. We hurt your feelings because your item wasn't worth what you thought and for that I'll apologize. However for you to call us a "looser" that's just hurtful, I can assure otherwise, we are quite tight!

  Nice place, has a good selection of used tools. The salesmen definitely try to upsell you though, dont let them make you think those sticker prices arent negotiable.
