  I had the same problem as Neal Hanley. (See reviews below). Rachels stalls to try to get more money by saying she cant run paperwork for gun purchases and will continue to keep making you come back.She has no respect for peoples time or money as long as she makes her bonuses.

  I have been dealing with this pawn plus for a few years now most of the staff know me by name the staff is always curtious the manager Rachel is very awesome always helps me well above what she should and I'm so thankful for her
