  If you’re looking for some great deals on new or lightly used items, Pawn Express is your go-to! HUGE selection of power tools, Lego sets, video games and consoles, sporting equipment, jewelry, shoes, electronics and so much more. Very friendly and helpful staff. Answered any and all of my questions. They even have a little store mascot named Louis, who’s a Pomeranian that greets you when you come in! Very reasonable pricing and offers to pawn your items, as well as getting loans. Check them out!

  I buy a ring last November and I used only two times, today I want to used but the ring splint in half.. I went to the store and tell my that I can returned even ask if they can fixed and they refuse. I really want to keep the ring is a unique piece.

  Went in to buy a game. After purchasing a game, I opened the case that was sealed by plastic wrap, and it was a completely different game. I went back inside to let them know that it was the wrong game. They don't do refunds but will gladly do exchanges. Thankfully, there was another exact same game, so I got that. This time I opened the case, again it was in plastic wrap, in store. It was the correct game. But then I noticed there was a chip on the disc's outer edge. I was afraid that the game wouldn't work. But to my surprise, there was a console for the game that I could try on to make sure the game works. So I did and it works great. Very happy that I stopped in today. Awesome staff and large selection of used games. 5 🌟

  If you decide to buy games especially gameboy/color/gba here, please bring your own console to test the game. I bought a game recently and it wouldn’t load at all. I couldn’t justify wasting time to head back to the store just to save a few bucks.

  I went to pick up my item yesterday and I was hesitant to even go there to start because of the reviews on here. I don't feel some of these review were honestly close to the experience I had and almost prevented me from going in , in the first place. I honestly am glad I did. They were professional and gave me a fair price on the loan for my gold. I went yesterday and I wasn't feeling well and I'd done a ton of running around beforehand. When I got there I was just .82 cents short. She said I could catch her next time. I was confused and was like "huh?". You mean pay you it the next time I see you? She said yes. That right there was awesome. Most places wouldn't have even though of doing that. When I originally went in there were no dirty looks or judging etc. They didn't turn their noses up and one of the posts and backs is missing on the earrings I brought in. The store is a hodgepodge of items from children's toys for the summer to computers and other high end items you can use to play or work with. It's not the typical pawn shop in they only take specific items. She said she will consider items that aren't the normal pawn shop items that the other stores only accept.They do need to be in good condition though. Not junk items. I am actually looking forward to when I have a few extra dollars to go in and really take a good look at what is available. I had a VERY positive experience and I think people should give it a chance. I did and I'm glad I did. If I need another loan I will most likely go back too. Thanks so much for your help & the slide on the change. :)

  I need help I haven’t been here yet but I was wondering does this pawnshop buy stuff off of us and if so do they do good at it because all of the other pawnshop have no clue what they are doing can someone please help me that works here or maybe went here

  14K gold is going for between $45 and $50 per gram. A very pretty and courteous middle aged woman offered me $30 for a 2.8 gram designer necklace. I asked how much would I get for my 5 gram 14K ring and she told me $60. Do the math. That’s less than half the price per gram of what 14K is going for. She must have thought I was a rube. I put the necklace on in front of her and very politely said thank you anyway and walked out the door. Please go to another shop if you need rent money or bill money. Always check the price of gold and ask how many grams. Also DO YOUR MATH!

  Do not recommend... I brought in a $550 electric/acoustic guitar in perfect condition, including a $120 guitar case, a $36 guitar strap, and a $15-$20 guitar tuner and the old man had the nerve to offer me $85 for all of it. He was unwilling to work w me and give me even a fair price and when I questioned why so low he stated that the pawnshop needed to make their profit off it and if I dislike it I can leave and go somewhere else and that the chances were high I would be back and if I did return his original "more than fair offer" will be lowered!! I thanked him for the waste of time and i took my things back and went somewhere else and got $350 for everything!!

  The girl that helped me find what I was looking for had amazing customer service. The old lady (owner?) with short hair at the counter that I unfortunately had to make contact with was rude and very unprofessional.
