  Great place to shop for great deals! Great staff and always friendly. Beats the other pawn shops hands down! Clean organized and neat! I always do my business with Treasa or Juan!!

  Worst ever. I usually go her and only here. Cause its yhe best. Not today. How is it ok to ask for a receipt on something that I get as a gift and then I have brought in other stuff new and they never ask for a receipt but all the sudden now they have to have a receipt for a gift or even if its not. I'm glad you guys know everyones life story and you guys are the decide who gets what

  Best pawn shop arround. Always give me a good price on my items. One night I got there after closing and they helped my anyway.

  I bought my husband a product for Christmas and when he opened it he found out part of it did not work. Even though it was after the 24 hr. Return period. Juan took care of us calling around and wheeling and dealing and calling in favors to get us the right product. Give that guy a raise!!

  Stopped in on wednesday on a whim. Found a rifle that has been on my list for a while now. The gal standing behind the counter couldnt have been any less interested in helping me. Finally a guy comes over and we look at a few of the firearms on the rack and discuss the one i actually wanted. Shelf price $229.99 (i can buy one brand new for $279) we talk about this particular rifle and that it is the original version from the mid 90s, and that the 12th ave store has the newer version on the shelf for $199. So i make a reasonable offer on this one. You would have thought i was asking him to pay for it. Now i know what pawn shops pay for these things is between 100 and 125. This clown tries to tell me that he paid $230 for it. Now im no math scholar, but even i can figure out that the numbers just dont work out there. Guess ill keep my cash and wait for the next one to come along.

  I've been to many different pawn 1 stores, and not once have I had a good experience. Most recently being going to pawn 1 in one city being told that they wouldn't take my item simply because they had to many, but to go to the pawn one in the city right next to ours. I got there, wasted a lot of gas but positive they would take this item. Nope, I walk in and the guy actually made fun of me for driving to another city. I needed rent money and that's how they treat customers. This is only one out of about 7 bad things that I can review about. Local pawn shops or Craigslist will do you more good than pawn 1.

  Worst Company ever. I hate all the pawn 1 locations half of them don't know how to do their jobs and don't follow specific directions when pawing certain things I would never pawn or buy anything from Pawn 1 period. They treat people like they're criminals its ridiculous and prejudice.

  Pawn 1 always has good deals and the staff is super helpful and tries to give you the best prices. Juan and ryan help me out and service me every time i come in and i never leave unsatisfied.

  I am so happy Juan is now at the Caldwell location. He has the best customer service and personality. He also looks like my grandson Andy muy chulo. I am happy happy happy!!
