  Paul and the team were extremely easy to work with on our home mortgage process. He took care to listen to what we were looking for in a home, walk us through all aspects of the process, and was quick to reply to any questions or concerns along the way. From application, to submitting offers, and onto closing, Paul made the process for this first time buyer very straight forward. I would not hesitate to work with Paul and his team again!

  Paul Fredin has been an excellent resource during my recent home buying process. The market right now is CRAZY and he was always available to help answer questions, make sure I was able to submit the best possible offer I could to match the house and market. If I was ever confused by certain numbers and percentages, as I don't buy a home all the time, he was always quick to provide me an answer within 24 hours (most of the time within an hour or two max) and I have not always had that experience in the past so its quite refreshing when you are going through the mortgage loan process. I did have some hiccups along the way with a team member on Paul's team who seemed to not always be as familiar with the process but no matter what happened with them, Paul was able to come in and provide me the answers I was looking for and in turn, was able to give the team member feedback to provide everyone with solutions for future partners. I would recommend Paul to anyone I know as my dad worked with him recently as well and he had a very positive experience. If you are looking to buy/sell your home, look to Paul Fredin for your mortgage loan needs.

  Paul was great to work with and checked in frequently throughout our home-buying and mortgage process. He had a great strategy and good options for the tricky market when trying to both buy and sell a house. There were a few hiccups at the end that he worked very hard to resolve and make sure that we were good to go!

  I was recommended Paul by a friend who worked with him buying a new home a few months earlier. In my experience, Paul was super responsive, my realtor loved working with him, and so did I. It was first time buying and I probably had more questions than the average home buyer. Paul was happy to answer them, and never made me feel like a burden or inconvenience. I couldn't recommend Paul more highly!
