Anna Brand5Awesome experience with Christine opening a savings and checkings here, and always super quick and easy to deposit! Really excited to work with this bank. I was surprised to see so many bad reviews. A lot seem to complain of wait times, if you look on the website you can schedule an appointment within a few days and then your guaranteed to have time with a banker. Don't be ignorant and you will love it here!

Al H1This branch let's me down every single time. Last time was in December 2021 when I went in to close a business account. Was told to wait until a banker can help me. I sat and watched two bankers discuss a holiday party they are having and a third banker hang decorations on a Christmas tree for 20 minutes. Finally the Christmas tree decorator decided to morph back into a banker and close the account for me. Wells Fargo I'm so done with you. UPDATE: I tell you your customer service is bad, and you ask me to tell you all over again while providing a bunch more info? Exactly everyone's point below W.F.

Mashal Al1The worst Wells Fargo branch ever. After waiting an hour to open a business account. They inform me that I won’t be able to open one today. They wasted my time and that’s unacceptable. Wells Fargo needs to check their employees and make a better system. I will not be opening a Wells Fargo business account after what I witnessed and I will surly switch my personal bank to a bank that actually respects their customers time.

Nicky Whitters1No privacy at all. I am 20 have 3 brand new accounts through Wells Fargo and somehow my mother was able to access them. I even told the teller about how I was deactivating my other account and taking all of the money out so she couldn’t get access and here we are after a year later they are sending her my new account statements. I love Wells Fargo but unfortunately I have to discontinue service with them because of this issue.

Christie Black2Terrible location. You can't do walk ins anymore and yet when you call no one answers the phone. So I bank now at US Bank and credit Union.

True Yang1One of the worst Wells Fargo so far. I set an appointment online and later got a call from them to confirm and tell the person what I need. After doing so, the person sounded as she could do it for me. Tomorrow when it was my appointment, all it took was 1 minute of talking. I specifically told her I need to notarize my ID and she said she was glad to help, but upon arriving she said they don't do it and her "reccomendation" was to go to a UPS store... I get that some banks may not have notary services, but she should have told me so kn the phone instead of having me come 30 minute out to just say "we can't do notary services here"... Really disappointed with this Wells Fargo. Hopefully others dont come here for notary services. I also heard another customer going with a banker saying she have stuff to be notarize, if by chance this specific banker lied, it's really dissapointing.

SaVanna DeSmet1Horrific customer service. Don't usually write reviews, but went in with a box of sorted change. ONE CLERK was present to help the line, while another woman checked people in with an IPAD. She was quoting 45 minutes for service. To much of my frustration.... She came over and said everyone was out to lunch. I watched 5 people come out of the side room and go to the one clerk helping customers... Then they all retreated back to the side room while a line of people waited. Horrific customer service. I cannot believe the ghost town lacking employees ! If you want to take lunch.... Awesome.... But have the proper staffing for when people show up (during their lunch) so they too can be served. Will never come back to this location. Management should get their sh** together and schedule lunches more appropriately.

A Schief5I have been into many Wells Fargo's across the country, and this one is by far the nicest one I've been in. They were very fast and extremely friendly. Customer service seems to fall flat at other retail locations I've been at, but you can tell that they focus on it here. I haven't met one employee yet there that gave poor service. And to all you talking about coin machines...watch the news. All big banks got rid of them because the machines were miscounting and people starting suing over it. One Google search would show you that.

Jeff Provost1Linda, Jackie and Emerald are the good things that happen at this branch. I was the first person to call on the Friday that the PPP loan program was initiated. I was told there was nothing they could do to help me. I've banked my business there for almost 20 years. One phone call to Village Bank and I was on my way to getting the help I needed. I've been calling them to close my account for three days as they won't let anyone in. No one answers. Wells Fargo should get out of the banking business. They rate the lowest on reviews of any Bank I've looked into.
