  Seriously amazing agent. I was having trouble getting necessary commercial coverage through various companies (large and small). Not only did Paul get it done, he got it done in one day and worked with the agents from firm on my behalf to satisfy their requirements! Ive never had an agent so accommodating. Highly recommend. Im going to change all my policies now!

  I recently transferred to Paul Cozzani's office because of poor customer service at another agent's office. Since working with Paul Cozzani, I have experienced great, direct, one on one service. Paul is professional, very knowledgeable, and gladly takes the time to help you process and review your policy to ensure the best fit for you and your family. Paul is flexible and available in person, or by phone, and he responds timely to Emails as well. He never leaves you hanging! He has shown concern and, as cliche' as it may sound..."like a good neighbor...(Paul) is there!"

  We purchased a home in East Islip last year, and at that time, switched our homeowner and auto policies to Paul Cozzani’s State Farm agency. From my initial contact with this office, I have nothing but positive things to report. Megan, who manages the front office, has always returned calls promptly and is knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. Our homeowners insurance rate was $1000 less than a quote from another company for similar coverage. Unfortunately, last December, we were involved in an auto accident which was 100% the other driver’s fault. State Farm was our advocate, promptly issuing payment for our full loss, and eventually obtaining and refunding our $500 deductible from the other party’s insurance company. Highly recommend!

  This is my 5th year of my BMW X5 car insurance with them and they meet my expectation, rather exceed It every single time ! Both Paul and Megan are very responsive, prompt and effective in handling my query ,call Or problem always . So thankful !.
