  Great Customer Service – This is the third time that we have used Paul Beaney (Sr. Loan Officer) with SWBC Mortgage for our mortgage needs. It has been the best experience. First, the loan application/process was quick and fairly straightforward. Whatever we did not understand, we got a detailed email explanation from Paul with a follow up phone call to ensure we were comfortable with the information. Second, the customer service was fantastic – Paul and staff were knowledgeable and efficient. During the complicated process of selling our first house and buying our second house, things went south, fast; the buyers finance fell through 5 days before closing, so the proceeds we were hoping to use as a down payment was not an option anymore. Paul acted quickly and wrote a compassionate email to our sellers explaining the situation. The sellers were appreciative and extend the closing date a few days to accommodate our unfortunate situation. We were later able to close successfully all because of Paul. I highly recommend using Paul With SWBC Mortgage, he puts the customer first at all times.

  SWBC Mortgage made my mortgage lending experience very wonderful!!! Paul was amazing and held my hand the entire process. During day or night when ever I had a question he always responded within 5 minutes. I will refer everyone I know to Paul at SWBC Mortgage thank you guys!!!!
