  I can't say enough about Patty Newby and her Team at Thrive Mortgage. From the very first conversation I had with Patty, I knew I made the right choice. Patty and her team are attentive, responsive and very creative at looking at all options available. There is truth to being the Loan Designer. With a complex Build loan, Patty and Team walked me through the process step by step. They didn't do this via phone only, they actually walked me through presentations which were extremely helpful.
