  Jaimie’s communication to us during this process were sub par. Quite often there were multiple day delays in getting back to us when we called with questions. There were a couple times where she didn’t get back to us at all. We felt like she did not fight to find us the best interest rates available, we have excellent credit (over 800) and yet I heard of some folks that got better than we did. If it wasn’t for the builder and lender credit we would’ve missed out on we definitely would’ve switched companies.

  Very responsive. Very organized. Gets the loan process done so you can close. Used them for a new construction we were purchasing in TX. They were ready before anyone else was (including the builder we were purchasing from!) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

  I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Dima Redelfs! Out of all the loan officers I’ve chatted with, she truly exhibits the best customer service. She’s honest, upfront, always available to answer my questions, and to top it off, she made the entire experience stress free! She’s by far the best! Can’t wait to send all of my friends her way!

  Excellent service. Answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. In almost every situation I got a response to a question or concern with 12 hours or less. Never had to wait any longer than 24 hours for a response. Everyone was knowledgeable and used the latest technology to streamline the process. I highly recommend this company if you’re in the market for a mortgage. I was apprehensive at first using a builders lender, however, I’m absolutely glad I did.

  Its been about 10 years since we moved. I was not looking forward to the stress I remembered from the mortgage loan process. Amir took all that anxiety away. He walked us through each step, taking time to explain everything and easing our worries. From day one you could tell that he really enjoys his work. That made the entire experience a pleasure.
