  So It is far and few when I write reviews however this time is a must. I met the most polite young man James. He was energetic, happy, and so helpful. I came in to buy a car and had an experience with the Patrick team. James showed me the vehicles I was interested in without hesitation. After a few of the ones I was interested in sold he quickly helped me find one that would suit my needs and price point. I was very happy. James explained all of the perks to each Sante Fe and Tuscon I wanted to see. James answered all of my questions and my family members with out hesitation. We even video called my husband during the vehicle review. I was in by 11 am out by 2. The turn around was quick and easy. It really was such a pleasure to work with someone who is in good spirits it makes spending your hard earned money a little easier. Thank you James and the whole Parrick team.

  Patrick Hyundai is absolutely the best place if you’re looking for a vehicle. I went into Patrick Hyundai after doing a bunch of research on the vehicle I wanted and the best price and Patrick was number one. Everyone at Patrick was very nice and comfortable to be around. I had the pleasure of meeting Dave who was apart of helping me get into the car I’m driving today. I have no credit but yet Dave and especially the others at Patrick Hyundai kept fighting to get me the car I really really needed. They helped me figure out the lowest possible payments for me and because I’m 18 I didn’t think this would be so great but it was an amazing car buying experience. They saw how much I needed the vehicle and did everything they could to possibly help me out and I am very grateful for everyone at Patrick. Dave polcik(funny guy) and also who I heard was the new finance guy(cool guy) were absolutely the most awesome people and made the signing papers process quick an easy. I usually never write reviews but I had to write one about Patrick because they took a chance on me when others wouldn’t! So everyone at Patrick thank you all so much !!!

  We came in on Saturday to try and purchase a 2017 Hyundai Tucson. This is the third car we've purchased from Patrick Hyundai and the service was excellent as usual. Manny is an awesome salesman and worked with us to get us into the vehicle we wanted at the payment we were comfortable with. I would highly recommend Patrick Hyundai if you are in the market for a new Hyundai and would definitely recommend dealing with Manny Diaz. He is by far the best salesman I've ever dealt with. Also their service department is top notch and they're the only ones that service our vehicles. Awesome dealership all the way around.

  Made an offer on a car I saw online. Was told they only negotiate in person, and to come in to work out a deal. Told sales rep, Amelia, I would be driving 3 hours to see it, only to hear that the car had been sold when I arrived. Salesman Dave, and Manager Scott were also not helpful at all in working to create a good deal. Bought a car at a dealer 60 miles away same night.

  This was our first time purchasing a Hyundai. Staff was very friendly and patient (we had our 2 year old with us). Dealer is clean and pretty easy to navigate. Thomas Scimeca was our sales representative and he was great to work with. We were not thinking of purchasing so soon, but they were willing to work with us and came close to the numbers we had in mind. We did not feel pressured while negotiating or buying add-ons. Overall, the whole process was smooth and car was delivered with no issues.

  I had the best experience buying a car with Manny the salesman. He was so nice to me & helpful answering my questions about buying a car. I definitely would send other potential buyers to him cus he made me as a customer feel important!!! He listened to what I had to say and that is number ONE!!!

  I went into Patrick Hyundai on Tuesday evening planning on purchasing a new car. I was recommended to work with Alex Baszaral. My experience was wonderful. This was the first time that I had purchased a new car. Alex really took the time to listen to any concerns that I had and made appropriate recommendations. He was truly professional, the overall service was excellent. This is the place to go!

  Dave my sales rep was a real professional. I would recommend him to my friends. My first oil change was also a good experience. Had no appointment, but was in and out in 40 minutes and the car was washed. No complaints here and my wife loves the Genesis.
