  Process was easy and quick. Lender kept me apprised of where we were in the process and made it easy to submit documents as needed. Closing was done right at my home, which was very convenient. I highly recommend Mutual of Omaha Mortgage.

  I am a current customer at Mutual of Omaha. I was put in touch with Scott Koenig -- a Mortgage Banker at Mutual of Omaha -- through Costco Mortgage Services. It's troubling time all around BUT this man talks a lot and says very little. Not knowledgeable and lack of knowledge on his side will likely cause me to miss my closing date tomorrow. He would do well talking less and listening more to try and understand what the question is before jumping to provide random answers on topics that are not of interest. On top of it all he is at times rude and gets frustrated if none of his standard replies are doing the job. When he does, don’t get intimidated. Just keep repeating calmly what it is you want to know, he will eventually revert to listening, do some research and get back to you to give you your answer. But if it is a time sensitive matter, better ask someone else or double check information he gives you for accuracy. Don’t rely on what he tells you. Better yet, chose someone else to represent you. Whining less about how little time he has would save him a lot of time.
