WOW Super nice staff. To the xenophobes.... Everyone here speaks English just fine "Kind, friendly, respectful, & professional is what i would say about Veronica." Great service and bilingual. Great place to bank. Great customer service personnel specially Veronica who made my experience fast and easy. Very accommodating lady. I highly recommend Veronica at Bank Of America. This branch is so fast! Everyone who works here is so friendly, helpful and efficient. I am so glad I decided to open an account here! I highly recommend this branch...

This is the worst branch to be at. There is no communication between tellers and people on line. They just recently put in a business line that takes longer then the regular line. Today I went to the business line and the teller made me get back into the regular line. One person later they opened the business line and didn't ask for business client's. Horrible!

Horrible customer service by a lady named Veronica, I was told to sit down like I was a child. My time is money and if you give someone your business card to contact you immediately to handle some details she should be ready for that call. Very rude for her position and unprofessional wasted my whole lunch and still couldn't help.

      Response from the owner

I used the drive through ATM to deposit a large sum of money today (back pay for my maternity leave) the ATM are the checks and now won’t return them. The ATM provided a number to call so I called, got put on hold and was told by the customer service representative, Adrian Ibarra, that I needed the check numbers and exact dollar amount of each check or I would not get my money… ummm there’s no way I have that information as the checks were paid out by EDD… anyways this has turned a 5 minute ATM deposit into a multiple hour long headache where I will likely lose over a months salary and there’s apparently nothing that can be done about it.

      Response from the owner

The management doesn’t care about it’s customers. Talk about trying to keep you out of the branch!! Customer service is about the worse it can get, without locking you out of the building. I would never recommend B/A to anyone. I’ve been a customer for over 30 years and it’s getting worse every year. I only stay because of some of the online services. As soon. As my husband retires, we’re definitely changing banks.

This bank is a joke. 3 times this bank has taken thousands out my account and almost costed my family and I our home and admitted they were wrong for doing so. If they take money from you that shouldn't be taken, I would contact a lawyer ASAP. They're all about taking money and only providing a 1 time annual overdraft fee waiver when they take money out whenever they want. Been a customer for a while and have had nothing but problems.

I come to this location once a month to deposit my rent. There has never been more than 1 teller out...its always a long line and just very inconvenient. I worked for Bofa tears ago and it seems they dont follow the same protocol for keeping tellers on the line these days. For that reason alone Id never bank here.

Waited in line for 20 minutes. Not enough tellers. The teller did not do his job right I had to come home call bank 800 number to pay mortgage. Good thing I double checked or i would be hit with late fee all because the teller does not know how to transfer money properly. Dread going in. Staff is stuck up and full of attitude.
