  I just interviewed Ms. Joy Partridge of Accounting World for our businesses accounting needs; I must say that it was truly a delightful experience. I have been looking for a accounting firm for my business and it was amazing the incompetence I found in this industry. Either people had lame answers to my questions, or a "I dont care much" attitude. One firm that I interviewed and decided to hire, did not answer my phone message saying that I want to hire them, and then I emailed them and they didnt answer that either. I spoke to a lady named Anna at Accounting World during my initial phone inquiry and she handled my questions very professionally. Today I met with Ms. Partridge and although I have not worked with them yet, but everything so far has bee absolutely wonderful. Her knowledge on the subject of taxes, willingness to meet with me during the busiest time of the tax season, and taking the time to truly understand what I needed, was just great. So far, it has been a 5 star experience.
