  I worked with Mike Serhan and Julia Nicholas and I highly recommend!   Mike saved me from signing a horrible refinance deal with my old lender. I didn’t know it at the time but I was being over charged a crazy amount in closing costs. It wasn’t until Mike took me step by step through everything to show where I was being taken advantage of. He was beyond patient and kind and answered any questions I had throughout the entire experience-which wasn’t long as we closed within a week and a half! I would highly recommend working with Mike and Julia for any of your mortgage needs.

  Buying a home can be very overwhelming. And overwhelmed we were. Julia and Mahdi were there for us every step of the way. They promised and delivered on being able to close our loan in 15 days, which most likely got our offer accepted. I would also have many questions at weird times, and they would take my calls no matter the day or time. Julia and Mahdi are rockstars at what they do. I highly recommend.
