  My husband and I had a great experience working with Intelliloan. Kevin Staats was our home loan specialist . He was extremely patient and friendly. He explained everything very thoroughly and answered every question we had. He made the process a very smooth , quick and helped to lower our mortgage payment.   I was helping my mom refinance and Intelliloan was very helpful. I worked with Joseph Rivera, Kylie Young, and Tracy Trinh. They answered our questions promptly and Tracy would even immediately call to help. Closing was quick and easy

  This company is awesome!! They work as a team. Details each step and answer any and all questions!! We have refinanced 3 times. They got us a lower rate each time and set up the loan on our terms. They even gave strategies on how to pay off the loan faster! You will not regret working with them!!

  Larry Honn (Home Loan Specialist) and Megan Dang (Loam Processor) provided excellent support during the entire process, responding promptly to questions and checking to ensure all documents were in order. From my initial call to the funding of my existing mortgage, was less than 3 weeks. Highly recommend giving him a call if you’re interested in refinancing.

  I went to three other mortgage brokers and all of them told me they couldn’t help me. My boss recommended Intelliloan that was doing his house and I talked to Tarek . Tarek and a Anna were very helpful and walked me through every step of the loan process. Even found a lean on my house that I was unaware of. I would recommend Intelliloan to anyone wanting to save money!

  I wanna give a big thanks to Ramsey and Ana at intelliloan. We just closed on our 20 year refinance. Ramsey was the very first person I spoke with when I called. He answered all my many questions and his numbers were very accurate. I also wanna thank Ana she too was very helpful and also answered questions that I had for her. Both of them stayed in very close communication while going through this whole process which only took an amazing 20 day’s to close from start to finish.
