  I had went on a trip to California and evidently an ATM I visited had a device in the slot and a camera consealed over my shower. Needless to say bandits got my pin and #s from my card in wich they took $1000 out of my account in 2 days. Partners rememberst my account and had knowledge about the crime in days.

  I have been a member since 1992. I've had multiple car loans and services from PCCU and haven't ever had a problem. I wish they had their Broomfield branch back, but that's ok, the shared services is convenient. I've never had a bad customer service experience. I look forward to many more years banking with PCCU!

  I was able to open my account during covid without any issues. Paige was able to help me start to finish and has been so helpful. I would recommend this credit union to anyone and I am pleased with my experience. Thank you Paige for all your help!

  The staff here are more interested in getting you in and out than dealing with your concerns. On two occasions money was deposited in the wrong format for my auto loan causing issues on the following month, luckily I caught it the second time. I've only visited 3 times to make large deposits to my account to feed my auto loan. That's 2/3 issues, that's not good. Celia (bank manager) and Kelli (representative) both hinted at pushing blame elsewhere and we're more interested in moving on with their day than having a happy, fully informed customer. It'll be a pleasure if I can get through paying off this auto loan with no more problems... However, I left with unanswered questions and will need to contact another branch to determine the answers/resolutions. Oy vey!

  I have 2 loans with them and they always mix the payments up. Watch out, they also conveniently cash your loan payment 1 day after the grace and then charge a late fee. I asked the manager about it and he turned red but denied it. Bad business practices and poor costumer service. I would never bank here except they gave us an auto loan for 2.99% and I can't find a better rate anywhere else.

  I'm a new PCU member due to an auto loan. I've been with them 3 months and they're yet to link my external account for me to make a payment, even after speaking with their customer service department. This is a hassle. I don't live near a PCU location and I don't feel comfortable sharing my account info over the phone to make a payment. Online banking a basic service offered by most/all of their competitors. Had I known this would be an issue I would have gone with one of them. Very disappointed so far.

  Had to use this bank for my car loan. Limited locations, this branch did not have great customer service. The only good thing about this place was the corporate customer service. Would not recommend this branch. Go to Blue CU instead.

  I still use this credit union as my primary bank even after moving out of state 5 years ago. I am able to do everything I need online and when I call, I always receive prompt, friendly, and great service. This is a top-notch credit union.

  Been a member for a few years and now looking for a different bank, three days for a car loan with an 830 FICO score? Are you kidding me ? Some of the worst service I've experienced. No one from management must review the members reviews. Save the headache go somewhere else.

  I have been banking with Colorado Partner for 10+ years now. One thing I love about this credit union is they regularly host customer appreciation days with prize drawings and free food. Whenever I go in to do my banking, I usually receive quick and friendly service.
