  I worked with Jake Tunitis on refinancing my mortgage. After a disastrous 6-month process with another company that ended up not working out, I was both defeated and skeptical of trying again. But I stumbled upon Parkway Financial and couldn't have been happier with my experience. Jake thoroughly explained every part of the refinance and answered all the questions that I brought him.   We recently worked with Jacob Tunitis to refinance our house, and he was fabulous. Jake is extremely professional and was very responsive throughout the process. He would check in with us throughout to make sure we understood what was required and expected. I referred a coworker to him that was going through a difficult time and he was very helpful to her. She said he had the utmost patience with her questions. We can attest to that as well.   I have had the pleasure of using Jake Tunitis for a mortgage in 2019 and a refinance in 2021, and could not be happier with the outcome of both. Jake provides superior service to his clients, ensures that everything is explained correctly, got us a fantastic rate and a payment that was well within our budget.   I used Parkway Financial for my recent refinance. Everyone I worked with was so friendly, helpful and on point through out the entire process! I would like to especially thank Ashley, Jackie Amanda who made the process so easy and smooth from beginning to end. They checked in with me and kept me up to date as to progress almost everyday without me ever having to ask! Refinances can be such a tedious and drawn out process with the wrong lender but mine was efficient and fast! Minimal back and forth which is always greatly appreciated!   Being a newly licensed real estate agent, it is hard to know who I can trust with my client’s financing needs. Jake Tunitis is the most trust worthy and hard working loan officer in the Lehigh Valley. He is always available to answer any questions I may have and makes himself available to my clients on the weekend in case they were to need a preapproval to make an offer on a house.   As a title agent, I have gotten to see the good, the bad, and the ugly when it comes to settlement on a mortgage purchase or refinance. Lenders are usually the ones to make or break how smoothly a transaction goes, and Jake Tunitis and his team and Parkway Financial have mastered the entire process from start to finish. I am always impressed how quickly and painlessly his team gets from signing the initial disclosures and sending us a transaction to signing the final documents at settlement. Having worked dozens of closings with him in a business capacity, his team was a no brainer when it came time for me to refinance my house last summer. He went to bat for me to secure a great interest rate and got me off of my mortgage insurance. Happy to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or refinance!

  Every first time homebuyer should work with Jake Tunitis and his team at Parkway Financial.  Being my first home purchase, I was constantly overwhelmed and stressed by every step of the process.  Luckily, I had Jake on speed dial to help explain each and every step clearly and had the patience to answer all 1000’s of my questions.  The cherry on top was the extremely low rate and lower than expected cash due at closing than he initially quoted me!  I highly recommend Jake Tunitis to everyone I know and cannot thank him enough!
