  Matt (Mathieu Pollenz) was excellent! Here's the story: I met a lender named Tim Cron at an open house while my wife and I were looking to purchase a home for the first time. He seemed to approach the home loan from a truly consultative point-of-view. We ended up making an offer on a different house, and our agent had suggested using a lender that he worked with in the past. When our offer was accepted and at the critical moment of nailing down the home loan details, my agent's lender failed to deliver what he promised. Thank goodness I had met Tim and had maintained contact with him! I immediately contacted him about his loan offer (that was actually a bit better than the one from my agent's lender) to see if he could actually deliver on the numbers he estimated. That's when Matt got involved. Tim reached out to Matt to broker the deal. They moved so quickly! The final loan ended up being even better than what they estimated. Matt walked me through the process, step-by-step, and we had several phone calls where he explained everything in great detail and answered every question my wife and I had. Tim stayed in the loop to ensure everything went smoothly, and Matt moved so quickly that we had no problem at all closing on time, even though I pulled them in at the very last minute. These guys are all-stars! I can't thank them enough for providing us with a great loan, but more importantly, with peace-of-mind and confidence in what can be a crazy and complicated process.   Awesome company to work with, Matt was a tremendous help when my family was purchasing a home. He explained everything and was patient with us during the home buying process and remained in constant communication until we closed! We would definitely work with Parkview again!

  Mathieu, I just wanted to thank you for all your help!!!!!!!! I can't express how extremely grateful we are for your service. You were excellent on making sure we knew our options and helping us get settled with less than we had anticipated. We were going in super tight and you left us feeling comfortable with the down payment we had to give. I'm am impressed you got everything done in the time you said and we able to knock Navy Federal out of the equation. Wow...job well done. We got our keys Friday night. It feels weird to have never met you, because you were one of the blessings in this process. Hands down!! 🙌 God bless!

  Amazing experience with Matt and he was very helpful in getting my loan done for my home purchase. He was very detailed and I shopped 4 other lenders and he was the best and cheapest and provided the best service also.

  Upon my retirement I was advised by a loan officer at my bank to refinance my home mortgage. The terms of this new mortgage were ones that I did not really understand but they seemed like a good idea at the time. After a few years I discovered that this loan was not at all suitable in my situation. When I fell behind in my payments the bank began foreclosure. I filed for bankruptcy and was sure that I was going to lose my home and everything else. It was then that I met up with Mathieu Pollenz of Parkview Investment & Loan. He worked tirelessly on my behalf and found a program that allowed me to amend my existing mortgage, stop the foreclosure, offered affordable monthly payments and allowed me to get the bankruptcy dismissed. Thanks to Mathieu and Parkview I am still in my home making affordable monthly payments instead of an apartment somewhere in a less -than-desirable part of town.   The loan officer Matt is very helpful. He worked with me step by step until closing the deal and it wasn’t an easy deal. He’s the best and I highly recommend him to anybody who’s looking into purchasing any kind of home.

  "My Wife and I had no plans to purchase a home until 2019. Our goal was to take all of 2018 to set our credit and finances in order. We were no ready for a 60 day notice, and to be informed the owner was selling. Mathieu had every confidence he could get this done and take us from renters to owners. After a very challenging process, He did just that. Mathieu and Parkview, we appreciate you making this happen for us.
