  I worked with Robin to refinance my house, and it was the best / easiest experience. As a teacher I dislike dealing with refinancing because the underwriting process. Typically the underwriters have an issue with how many months I am paid through the year. Robin helped so much with that and completely understood my frustrations. She worked with the underwriters to get me what I wanted. Lastly, in a time when so much is done virtually, I was happy to go into her office to sign papers. She is genuinely a kind person and makes it so easy to communicate. I would highly recommend her!

I truly with I had a super-power with underwriters, but it's really just a matter of preparing up-front and making sure that we have all of the information done correctly before it hits the underwriter's queue. Planning and preparing helps! But you already know that - I'm sure that's what you tell your students too.. :) So happy that you got such a great rate!

  Robin was referred to me by a friend and the first time we connected I already had an offer from another lender. She reviewed it and told me it was a better deal than she could give me. Fast forward some time later when we wanted to refinance and Robin was happy to help. My experience with her was excellent. She is a great communicator, professional, responsive, trustworthy and thorough. I would highly recommend her.

  Robin was amazing to work with. She was available to hop on a call or text anytime...and we closed in 2 weeks!! It was impressive and I've never heard of such a fast close before. We are in strange real estate times and Robin was honest with me and patient with me as we worked through scenarios of what was possible from a house payment wise to a house purchase price. I would definitely work with her again!

  I met Robin 3 years ago. I had my go-to lender at the time, however a colleague of mine encouraged me to give Robin a shot. I have never looked back. She is not only excellent at what she does, her communication style and follow up are outstanding. We have done several deals together and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a mortgage!!

  Robin was fast and professional. We were able to obtain our loan without any hassle and were able to close within 10 days of going into escrow. We had multiple meetings where she explained the process and answered all of our questions - some of which were outside of normal business hours, which was very helpful given our schedule. I would recommend her for anyone obtaining a mortgage.

  We were referred to Robin @ America's Local Lender by a realtor friend. Robin was very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and goes above and beyond to help us refinance our home. Not only did she get us the best interest rate with low closing cost, we were able to close escrow quickly within 30 days. Our last refinance with another big company takes 3 months. Robin was the BEST and we really appreciate her kindness and top notch service. Highly recommended !!!

  Robin Gilmore made the process of buying our first home a stress free and pleasant (believe it for not) experience. Robin was responsive to all our many, many questions.
