  Parker is an amazing Realtor. I am a realtor in OKC and worked together with Parker on a relocation for a family from California to Oklahoma and Parker quarterbacked the whole process and made it easy. He was constantly communicating the status of the California transaction and kept me updated the whole way. Most importantly, our mutual client raves about Parker who they used to both buy and sell.   Parker was fantastic! He helped me look in places I hadn’t thought of, made sure everything got done on time, if not early. He knew every step of the process for if and when I had questions and was able to calm my nerves when I overloaded into a nervous puddle of goo. He got me a very lovely credit as well! If I ever end up selling, or buying another property I’m going straight to him

  Our family enjoyed working alongside Parker to get our house ready and sell well above our asking price! Parker started working with us over a year before we went to market. He took a good amount of time to go over our property and give advice on how to get it ready, then came up multiple times to continue to guide our progress. The home stager and photographer who work with him are outstanding! Parker was always available for questions and stayed on top of things all through the process.   Parker is the son of a long time friend of ours, when we heard he was a Realtor there was no other option for us, we knew he’d have our best interests in mind. From the first time we reached out to Parker, he answered immediately and from there on out he was very responsive. Parker is a true professional.   Parker helped my husband and I sell our first home and buy our second! He was very thorough, responsive, and knowledgeable. Parker was great at negotiating what was best for us and always advocated for us. Although the buyers market was crazy, we ended up with the perfect home.   Parker helped facilitate the purchase of my fiancé’s and my first home and can without a single doubt say, we truly could not have done it and gotten into our dream home without his help. His patience and keen insight during the home search process was not only refreshing, but also made us feel a lot less weight on our shoulders as he took the time to conference call at any given hour of the day to explain and actually teach us a bit of the trade to ensure we didn’t feel like we were in the dark. When we found the dream house he managed the expectation so well that any “surprises” that popped up with this (older) home, he had basically seen coming a mile away and was right on the money with-quite literally too. This made it much smoother as I look back at the purchase. And in the end, when we were finally able to make it happen quite frankly he’s the one that saved us more money than I ever could have thought possible in this aggressive market. I Would recommend Parker to anyone that wants the most bang for their bucks So to say and someone that’s truly by your side every step of the way.
