  We do all of our business banking here. That part is great. When we have to actually visit the branch, everyone is very friendly, but there is usually a wait since there is typically only one and sometimes two tellers. Just a little slow.

  Horrible Bank and the worst customer service! I tried cashing a $5000 check given to me for Christmas. It was given to me by my father in law who has been a B of A account holder forever.. I was told the amount was too large! Too large! YOU ARE A BANK FOR GODS SAKE! The manager was rude and refused to cash the check. Sadly the same manager did the same thing to me last year for a check in the same amount had to drag my father in law down to bank to cash for me. Ridiculous. I was told to go elsewhere. Don't bank here. Telling my father in law to pull his money out

  Unbelievable experience I wrote a check to my buddy for a $1000 it took them 15 minutes with a dozen questions to cash it.. Have the audacity to ask if I my buddy could cash these checks at a different bank in the future what the F

  Worse bank I ever been to. They would not cash one of they're own checks. Even with proper identification and proof from company. The manager was very rude. I felt as if he was looking down on me. He told me to go some where else, he wasn't going to help me and turn his back on me. I will avoid doing business with BoA from now on.

  I tried making an appointment online and after going through the website it finally says "We're not making any appointments" I tried this at 7 different branch offices. I called customer service main number and was told the branch is open, no appointment necessary, just go there. I called the branch twice anyway being an hour away. They never answered the phone. I went down there and was told they won't help me because I didn't make an appointment. The bank manager owned absolutely nothing. I have a lot of money at this bank and was going to deposit 250K. I will find another bank and phase Bank of America out of my life. If the manager had owned or even acted like he cared It would have made a difference. This branch office is not run like any business that even has a minuscule idea about customer service.

  Bank of America used to be a good bank. But, over the past several years have been cutting service levels for their customers. Having fewer and fewer lines open, and having employees standing around while long lines form in the lobby. Customers routinely walk out because they can't afford the time to wait in line any longer. Worst of all, BofA is completely tone deaf to these issues. They double down on a campaign of cutting person-to-person service and try to force all business to run through ATMs or Apps. Bank of America is tone deaf and apathetic.

  I have no idea what’s worse. The corporation or the people working at this branch. They had a reoccurring week problem cashing a 8,000$ Check From the IRS which is not a lot of money. Had all forms of ID and THE VP of the branch said it was a large check. THE VP had to CALL THE PHONE NUNBER to find out what happened. I got sent home then called the BoA branch in South Carolina(BoA didn’t wanna velocity itself). The BRANCH MANAGER from SOUTH CAROLINA HUNG UP ON ME. Long story short I have been with BoA for years and they do not deserve your money.. I could go on with stories from BoA branches where the managers don’t do their jobs. If you care about your money find a credit union or a foreigner bank.

  The teller at the counter was very rude . He was talking down on me the whole time when I was there . He told me the Mx cash he can give out from the account I was trying to take is $2000 ( I was planning to take $2100 ) so I asked him to take $2000 cash out and deposit $100 from that account to my other Bofa account this way I have the money I needed . So when he hands me the cash he hands me $1900 and $100 deposit slip . So I asked him why he didn’t give me the $2000 cash . He’s answer was “ I already had that conversation with you “ . I asked him for business card , he told me he doesn’t have one and when I asked for his full name he told me he won’t give it to me . If you can try not to go to that branch .

  20 minutes of wait time and one teller.and others are just hiding or casually walking around. My turn came in and the indian lady said stamp your checks because it is missing stamp from your office. WOW!!! What a joke this lady is...Get a grip on customer service.

  I have a same complaint as well as most people do. and that's the horrible wait time. They are very understaffed, which is very inconvenient if you're trying to stop there during lunch or if you're in a rush
