  lady charged me for my registration sticker but forgot to include the sticker, very unsatisfied since I had to drive multiple times to the currency exchange and gas prices are very expensive.

  I have been conducting business with them since moving to Park Forest for years now. One of the Clerks named Michelle is extremely professional and very well mannered. She is always a joy and keeps a smile on her face! She is very good at her job and has amazing customer service!

  I am a mail carrier and I deliver mail to this currency exchange in park forest and one day I was doing my route and out of no where it starts to rain really hard I was a little upset because rain was not in the forecast and I had absolutely no rain gear so I was just saying out loud how I wish I had an umbrella and the man behind the counter who I believe is the owner (ED) stated that he had an umbrella in the office so ED and a red head cashier (Michelle) went scrambling all around looking for an umbrella for me and they found one and that customer service that I witnessed made me appreciate them even more. Thank you for that, your kindness will not go unnoticed. Thank you

  Michelle was so helpful...stayed open to complete my title needs. I had gone right before this to a currency exchange in South Chicago Heights and was told what I needed was TOO much work and the worker was closing his window soon (hour and 45 minutes before closing time). I will drive the extra distance to Park Forest because of the fabulous customer service.

  I’ve visited this location a few times and I always have a pleasant experience. The ladies working are so helpful and prompt. I usually go in the evening, after work, so there isn’t a line. If someone is ahead of me, the wait isn’t long. I love the service here.

  Wouldnt give me my western union because my MIDDLE name is on my ID???? What? Are we suppose to tell everyone our MIDDLE name when we meet them. Terrible policy. Maybe because im black they were trying to give me a hard time. This same person sent me western unions 4 times already and i never had a promblem picking it up!!

  Very nice staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Been in the area for a very very long time. Reasonable prices. Socially conscience owner. If you must use a currency exchange? Use this one. They will remember and appreciate you.
