  I just LOVE Park Community, whether it is on the phone or in person, every experience I have had with them has been just great! Very polite and respectful workers! So knowledgeable! Also I love their tellers. What a new and innovative way to bank!

  Favorite bank ever! I get 2% back every month for my checking account! It's like I don't even need a credit card to incur debt to accue points that I have to figure out how to work. Park CCU just deposits the money into my account so I get approx $17 dollars a month. I don't really mean to sound like an advertisement, but they just make me so happy!

  I have used Park Community Credit Union for many years, for my personal banking needs. Last week I opened my business account with them as well. They are always very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't take my financial needs anywhere else!

  Mike did an excellent job helping me set up my HSA account. Despite walking in right before closing he still took his time to make sure everything was set up correctly.

  The staff at this location is always friendly and helpful. I've gone in enough on many Saturdays to ask questions about my accounts that now they know my name. They truly make you feel like you're their friend and not another number or customer for the company. This Credit Union really has down customer service. Not only that, they have some of the most technological advance systems in Louisville.

  Great company to deal with excellent customer service! They always answered any questions I had about my account quickly. Never a mistake or issue. I'd use them again if I had to, best bank for a auto loan.

  After a month of waiting I never got a credit/debit card, could never add any payees, could not pay my bills. A waste of my time. Account is closed and very happy with my new bank. P.D. Be aware of the unnecessary hard credit inquiry they do when you become a member.
