  My mom and I went to cash my mom's check on a Saturday. The male teller shorted my mom $100 from her check. My mom only notice when we started to pull away. Since there were a lot of cars behind us, we went around and back in line. While waiting, my mom counted what she was given four times and still came up $100 short. She also did not receive a receipt. Every time that she comes to the bank she always get one but not this time. When we pulled up to the window, we told the teller that we were short $100. He didn't ask for a receipt or questioned us. We gave him back what we were given to show him that we were shorted and he handed my mom's money back to us with the correct amount. My mom has said that this has happened before where she was shorted $10-$20 and by the same teller too.
