  I was referred to PRMG by a new construction Realtor out in Frederick MD. I had originally went with Fellowship Home Loans and wanted to compete rates. Bill Deavers at PRMG was great to work with. What I liked was that he and his team was responsive and very straight to the point. He seemed to have the best interest rate and was the most easy to work with. I would definitely use PRMG for any future home loan need.

  Bill Deavers is good and personal. He will work with you to get you the best deal. I went thru him for my mortgage and refinance. I have little time for patience and I don't give a lot of good rating unless you are good....lol

  I had a pleasant working experience Bill and this company. At times communication did lag but Mr. Deavers rapport with me made me feel easier about the process.
