  I had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Russell Winton over the phone and through emails while I acquired a VA loan to buy my first house. He made me a promise he'd do his best to get me squared away and he absolutely delivered. Dealing with the right people makes all the difference.   I had no idea what the mortgage world/process would look like. All the jargon was confusing and complex!! That was until I met Steve!! I'm talking about great customer service & attentiveness. You know-how in healthcare, great bedside manner is hard to find? It is an actual skill and cannot really be taught, the same goes for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! ALL LOAN OFFICERS ARE NOT CREATED EQUAL!!! You can tell when someone genuinely cares about what you're going through, and someone who genuinely cares about what they do and how it affects others outside of themselves. Steve made the process extremely easy, smooth, and fast. He also helped me understand the process through and through and answered all my "but why's" ;0) I ENDED UP CLOSING ON TIME!!!! He is extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs and gave me a heads up of any / all roadblocks ahead. Communication is KEY, always and foremost and I can honestly say that he has done an amazing job through and through!! Did I mention he is an ARMY VET!!!! This was the best experience ever and exceeded my expectations! I will ensure that all my family & friends choose Paramount Bank moving forward because of him and his team!!   Kevin took care of us from day one. He was very attentive to every detail and was able to navigate us through the financing process. No transaction is without unforeseen hiccups, but Kevin was on top of everything. Buying a home isn't something that happens very often so it's nice to have someone that can explain each step and help identify blind spots. I would definitely recommend Kevin.
