  Paragon was highly recommended to me and surpassed expectations. I worked with Josh who was extremely helpful. He was knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions. The entire process was smooth and quicker than expected. When I first met with Josh I explained I had a tight deadline to close and Josh and the Paragon team made it work. Can’t say enough great things about Josh and Paragon. I highly recommend them.

  Jason Miller and his team were highly recommended to me from a close friend. I was in touch with him a couple years ago when I was first thinking about buying a home but I decided I wasn’t ready after going through the numbers. After saving up some more we started the process again a few months ago and once again there was no pressure from his end to keep moving forward. He just told me the facts, let me think it through, and make my own decisions. Needless to say I will always recommend them to anyone buying a house and they were extremely helpful throughout the entire process.

  Just closed on my first home yesterday. I want to give a shout out to Josh Pinard and his team at Paragon. I got hooked up with him through a referral from my Realtor. I was super up front that I would only consider a 15 year fixed rate and gave him the budget I was comfortable with, even though it was way lower than what I could qualify for. He never once tried to convince me to change my mind, push me into something different, or increase my budget. In fact, the complete opposite - he totally respected it and assured me they would work within my comfort level. Josh got me a commitment letter the same day and once I found a house, he showed me a few different loan options and really took the time to explain them to me. He kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, told me what to expect every step of the way, and got my loan approved quickly. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking to purchase or refinance.

  My Husband and I just refinanced with Paragon and we could not believe what a smooth process it was. Everyone was so friendly and responded to our emails/phone calls quickly. We loved working with Josh Pinard. He did a great job explaining everything and addressed our questions professionally.   Jason and his team did a fantastic job at getting our loan put together even through a few obstacles etc. There were times when communication was slow however in the background they were most certainly working hard on our behalf. Thank you all once again

  We recently purchased a home.. after researching for Lenders we came upon Paragon... They were amazing from the first call right thru to the closing.. returning phones calls to explaining every step a; long the way.. We dealt a lot with Jason Miller as well as others and found them to be kind and professional.. I would highly recommend them to anyone..

  As a first time homebuyer, I did a LOT of research and looked at a lot of lenders before ending up at Paragon. Ann not only gave me an unbelievable rate but also was quick, highly communicative and a pleasure to work with. I had a wonderful experience and I cannot recommend Ann (and Jennifer!) enough.
