  Our representative from this company Robert Calloway was very informative, professional and responded quickly to give answers for every question I had. He was able to keep me informed about the refinancing process. I could not have completed this process without him.

  I requested loan products from this company for a purchase acquisition in Waikiki , and i was extremely disappointed and shocked that no one called me back or emailed me for this transaction. I have since found another servicer who will properly assist us with our 1 million dollar+ purchase. I'd advise you not to use paradise home mortgage, so you don't have to encounter the same experience as we did.

  We did a VA streamline loan. They made the process simple with the only the needed amount of documentation. The people were knowledgeable and prompt, competing the refinance in a short amount of time. I highly recommend them.
