At Pampering, the staff ensures that their employees feel safe, supported and provide the necessary training so that as employees we can go out and make a difference in our clients lives.

  As a former employee of Pampering Plus I must say that we (the staff and owner) always gave and I'm sure still give families our best. Trust me, I had the on call phone and I made sure everyone's call was answered or returned within minutes. That was a requirement of Pampering Plus' ownership. If the standard of care wasn't provided for our clients, swift changes were made immediately. I appreciated the opportunity to work for Pampering Plus and I'm truly indebted because it spring boarded my career. If you want your family members taking care of properly, please do not hesitate to call Pampering Plus for your love one's needs.

  Pampering Plus took such great care of my grandmother. Her care giver was very pleasant and provided good service. The office staff was always helpful with any of our concerns.

  I’ve never taken the time in the pass to write a review for a product or service until now . After a extensive search in the Montgomery county are for the best medical home care agency for our Grandmother we chose Pampering Plus and my family and me could not have been happier with our choice ! Rarely have I’ve see such professionalism and compassion from medical professionals as I have witnessed first hand with the medical professionals at Pampering Plus. It was truly a difficult decision for our family to allow someone who wasn’t immediate family care for our Grandmother but the Pampering Plus staff provided the appropriate care for our Grandmother . Choosing Pampering Plus was the best decision ! The nurses and medical professionals were patient with us as we were constantly on hand watching the Pampering Plus staff provide compassionate, knowledgeable and attentive care for our Grandmother . We have witnessed first hand the improvements in our Grandmother’s health and spirits . Our family collectively came the the realization that our Grandmother was better served with Pampering Plus . Our family is truly appreciative !

  I must take this opportunity to thank all the amazing staff of Pampering Plus from the top to the bottom for the care provided to my grandmother. During this difficult time the staff of Pampering Plus Inc. have been superb. We as a family are appreciative of the integrity, reliability and compassion the staff has shown. Jocelyn Mayo and the rest of office staff has been professional and attentive to all our needs even finding coverage with last minute absences.   A family member referred me to this company as referred by a friend because good services were truly needed for a degenerative condition which already caused introduction to disappointing services. Given the pensive circumstances, I stepped up to help! From my introduction to the company, its owner and staff, and my subsequent engagement to currently, I was treated with polite and friendly professionalism. Communication is always clear and pertinent, difficulties are instantly resolved, opportunities to expand income are offered, necessary guidance effectively administered, and there is no hesitation in complementing good work with and care of the clients! The whole atmosphere of the company is quality and efficient care! It's no wonder that Pampering Plus is a beacon of quality care and has established a valuable reputation as an exceptional Healthcare Provider even during the current "pandemic"!   It truly saddens me to read negative reviews about Pampering Plus and the owner Jocelyn Mayo. I presently work for Pampering Plus and I must say in my work experience there have been very few times I have seen such a strong woman with an excellent work ethic, dedication, honest professional business owner such as Mrs. Mayo. I have seen the struggles with running a home care company as I have worked for several in the past. It is sad that disgruntled employees would try to defame such a hardworking business owner such as Mrs. Mayo. Many people just don't know what it takes to run a business and unfortunately they never will. I personally know many of her clients that have been with her for many years and even some have left only to turn around and come back to Pampering Plus. I would encourage anyone reading these reviews to see for themselves.

  The Office Staff are very courteous, friendly, and professional! This company has fought to remain relevant in the ever-changing field of Home Care! Keep shattering those glass ceilings! Kudos to The Owner, Staff, Employees, and of course the Consumers who allow Pampering Plus to become extended family, all while providing top notch care!! Keep Going! You ALL are amazing!
