  Honestly one is too Many, my family has been with this bank for the past 25 years. This is the only branch that is horrible, The male tailer treat you like he is better then you, provides you with wrong info and its still arrogant about it, And the so called personal bankers are not any better! I had stop using this branch a long time ago, but most recently had to go in there to help a family member and I was vary upset with the events. Bank manager was helpful but he needs to came out off his office and be aware off what happen in is branch!

  I truly wish I can give this place zero stars the customer service is god awful and I hope they go out of business they have the worst communication of any bank ever dealt with their customer service is as bad as my garbage. I truly tell everyone I know to never use his bank ever I hope to cancel all my cards and switch my payment. I would rather lose money then have to deal with this company again. And that’s saying something. Their customer service is just God awful.

  I dont know why I still come here,except it's right around the corner from my workplace. You will wait F. O R. E. V E. R in the drive thru for some one to help you.

  DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!! The atm stole $5000 from me !!!! Took the money then gave me a receipt that said transaction denied!!! Be very aware!!!!!
