  Eric and team are fantastic! They offer low rates, and make getting a mortgage easy (or as easy as it can be). Eric answers all of his clients questions, and is patient and easy to work with. Palm Beach First Financial and Mortgage work with first time buyers, move up buyers, investors, and anyone looking to refinance. They can help you with a primary home, a vacation home, or an investment property. I would give Eric and team my highest support and suggest you use them too!

  Update 2020. This is my second time using Palm Beach First Financial. Another very smooth and easy transaction. Eric and Patrick helped us thru the entire process and made it so easy. We were able to refinance and get a great rate. Thank you Eric and Patrick. Original reviews 2017. Most everyone that has purchased a home knows that financing is the most crucial and stressful part of the process. With that being said, our past experience getting a loan from a bank was stressful. The banks personnel with exception of one told us one thing but the numbers said another. We told our realtor of sour experience; he wasn’t even surprised and suggested Mr. Eric Liebermann. If we had questions, Eric was right there to answer them. Eric and his staff kept us informed and updated. When we met Eric, he went over the numbers with us and broke it down into three plans with the positives and negatives. Each plan was clear and concise. He advised us that we first should go over the plans and then he would give his advice. It ended up; we all picked the same plan. In not so much words, our realtor said it his job is to provide the best resources for his clients and Erica and his staff are a cut above the rest. We agree.

  Eric handled my clients with professionalism and was very informative throughout the process. We were all aware of any changes and all worked together to get to our closing.   Having been a Realtor for years, I have interfaced with many mortgage lenders, but Eric Lieberman, owner of Palm Beach First Financial & Mortgage, stands out as one of the very best! He was able to get clients of mine a mortgage even though they had been turned down by several lenders. Recently, I bought a condo, and Eric handled the mortgage for that purchase too. Last fall, closing procedures changed country-wide placing more responsibility on the lenders,. It is really important to find a lender that is on top of all the latest legislation, and Eric certainly is. He is a true professional and a really nice guy.   I can't speak highly enough of the entire team at First Financial. I recently refinanced my home with them and they could not have been more helpful, efficient or professional. They made the entire process about as painless is it could be while keeping me informed and answering all of my questions (big and small). Eric Lieberman even showed up to the closing, walked through all of the documents and explained every number on the closing statement. Kudos to Eric and his team! They really do treat your loan like it is their own!!!

  Palm Beach First Financial was amazing. I’m a first time home owner I had lots of questions and Eric took the time explain the proses and answer all my questions.
