  No way to make a claim about unfair charges, customer service rep was openly rude. Being nice and respectful - pretty simple sales technique which your staff may benefit from learning. My recommendation for future customers; try another service that is fair, respectful and actually cares.

  If you're running a business and haven't at least considered using ETS, you're doing yourself a disfavor. They saved us thousands of dollars a year just by looking through our books and giving us some common sense advice. They have a great reputation in West Palm and it's clear why!

  Deal With The Employee's Dissatisfaction Concerning Salary Pros: The company's location is very nice and easy to reach. You can do whatever you want but make sure you finish and do your job accordingly. Cons: Employees have to wait for one year to get 401k option. The hourly rate is unsatisfying consider the heaviness of the workload. What was given is what you receive. There is no payment for overtime, and the worst, it's very hard to get a raise. You need to pray for a miracle.

  Yes, spoke to a representative from this company and I would have to say they were polite, helpful, and answered all my questions. I would have to say explained the Cost Segregation process way better than the last two companies I was trying to work with through my CPA. I will most definitely be using this company moving forward.
